AgroScience Capital AG (ASC), is a privately held Swiss corporation (= Aktiengesellschaft), organized under the laws of Switzerland, registered in the Canton of Zug, incorporated in February 2016 and with currently 36 shareholders
AgroScience Capital Deutschland GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASC, established in 2020 with domicile in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and serves following functions: CA / CP applicant for international authorisations, dossier development, production and distribution of our products
Our objective is to contribute to green and more sustainable global agriculture by developing disruptive innovations in two strategic business areas, namely plant protection and fertilizer, and thereby to combine financial objectives with sustainable social and ecological impact

Our first-class international R&D network comprises GLP-laboratories, GEP field test facilities, specialists (i.a.
